MOSCOW, 18 Mar – The Croatian Football Union (HNS) has extended the contract with the head coach of the national team Zlatko Dalic until 2026, according to the organization’s website.

The agreement with the 56-year-old specialist is calculated until the end of the 2026 World Cup, which will be held in the USA, Canada and Mexico. In 2024 Germany will host the European Championship.

Dalic took charge of the Croatian national team in 2017. Under his leadership, the team in 2018 won the silver of the World Cup in Russia, which was the best result in the history of the team, in 2022 – the bronze of the World Cup in Qatar.
