MOSCOW, March 27 – The International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) expressed its condolences in connection with the death of the world champion in freestyle Russian Pavel Krotov.

The press service of the Russian Freestyle Federation (FFR) announced the death of Krotov on Sunday. The athlete died on Saturday at the age of 30.

Krotov is the winner of the 2021 World Championship in team acrobatics, he also has a bronze medal in the world championship in single competitions. Freestyler twice won the World Cup. As part of the Russian national team, he took part in two Olympics (2014, 2018).
