MOSCOW, 20 Mar – Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev lost to Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz in the final of the Masters series tournament in Indian Wells (USA), the prize fund of which is $8.8 million.

Novak Djokovic missed the Indian Wells tournament. A Serb who has not been vaccinated against the coronavirus has been denied entry into the United States. For the same reason, he will not be able to take part in the Masters in Miami, which starts on March 22.
