MOSCOW, March 12 – Metallurg Magnitogorsk defeated Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg in the sixth match of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) first round playoff series.
The meeting in Magnitogorsk ended with the score 6:3 (2:1, 0:1, 4:1). Pavel Akolzin (1, 47, 57 minutes), Semyon Koshelev (14), Grigory Dronov (41) and Denis Zernov (59) distinguished themselves in Metallurg. Avtomobilist scored goals from Nick Ebert (4), Sergei Shirokov (33) and Curtis Volk (45).
