Gymnast Nagorny took two gold medals on the final day of the Russian Championship in Kazan
KAZAN, March 12 – Olympic champion of the Tokyo Games in artistic gymnastics Nikita Nagorny won victories in the vault and uneven bars on the final day of the Russian championship in Kazan.
Nagorny won the vault with a score of 14.666 points. The second place was taken by Alexey Usachev (14.600), the third – by Daniel Marinov (14.550).
On the parallel bars, Nagorny excelled with a score of 14.633 points. Sergei Naidin was second, Ivan Gerget was third (both had 13.766 points).
In the exercise on the crossbar, Naidin won gold (13.433), Kirill Gashkov was second (13.333), Marinov was third (13.266). Nagorny finished seventh (12,300).
