MOSCOW, March 11 – The players of the Yekaterinburg “Ural” beat the Moscow “Torpedo” in the match of the 19th round of the championship of Russia and extended their unbeaten streak in the Russian Premier League (RPL) to nine games.

The meeting, which took place on Saturday at the Khimki Arena near Moscow, ended with the score 1:0 in favor of the guests. The ball was scored in the 65th minute by Rai Vlut after an error by the hosts’ goalkeeper Alexander Dovbny.

Ural scored 25 points and is in 10th place in the RPL table. The team of Viktor Gancharenko has not lost in the national championship since September 17. Torpedo extended its unbeaten streak in the RPL to nine matches and occupies the last, 16th place in the table (7 points).

In the next round, Ural on March 18 will host Dynamo Moscow, and Torpedo on March 19 will play away with Nizhny Novgorod.
