Atalanta lost to Verona in Serie A, Miranchuk came on as a substitute
MOSCOW, April 19 – Atalanta lost to Verona in the match of the 33rd round of the Italian Football Championship.
The meeting in Bergamo ended with a score of 2:1 in favor of the guests, in which Federico Ceccherini scored (45+2 minutes). Another goal against the hosts came from an own goal by Tön Kopmeiners (55). Giorgio Scalvini scored 82 for Atalanta.
Russian midfielder Bergamasks Alexei Miranchuk came on as a substitute in the 34th minute instead of Ukrainian midfielder Ruslan Malinovsky.
Atalanta are eighth in the standings with 51 points and three points ahead of Verona.
