MOSCOW, 20 Jul – Kazakhstan’s Barys signed a contract with American forward Jeremy Bracco, according to the official Telegram channel of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) club.
The agreement with the 25-year-old striker is for one season.
Last season, Bracco played in the German championship in the “Krefeld Penguin”, where he played 54 matches, in which he scored 54 points (14 goals and 40 assists). Prior to that, at an adult level, he played in the Finnish Championship for the Kalpa club and in the American Hockey League (AHL) for the Toronto Marlies, in which he won the Calder Cup. He was selected by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the second round, 61st overall, in the 2015 National Hockey League (NHL) Draft.
As part of the US national team, he became the winner of the youth and junior world championships.
