MOSCOW, 1 Dec – Vasily Tomshin became the winner of the individual race at the second stage of the Russian Biathlon Cup in Uvat (Tyumen region).

Earlier, the stage jury postponed the women’s individual race from Thursday to Friday due to frost (about 23 degrees below zero). The second stage of the Russian Cup in Uvat will end on December 4th.
