MOSCOW, 27 Jul – Vladivostok “Admiral” signed a contract for one season with 32-year-old Czech striker Rudolf Cerveny, the official website of the Continental Hockey League (KHL).
In the 2021/22 season, Cerveni played 32 matches for Dinamo Riga and scored 12 (7+5) points. In total, the Czech forward has 18 goals and 17 assists in 89 games in the KHL.
Earlier, the two-time Stanley Cup winner Czech Dominik Hasek suggested that the country’s authorities impose a ban on work in Russia, and compatriots who disobeyed should be imprisoned for 15 years. In his opinion, their performance in the KHL is a danger to the Czech Republic and its citizens.
On Monday, forward Dmitry Yashkin, a native of Omsk, who plays for the Czech national team, signed a contract with SKA from St. Petersburg.
