The board has not given information about the increments. If compared to Indian players, 7 crore is paid in Grade A Plus, 5 crore in Grade-A, 3 crore in Grade-B and Rs. 1 crore in Grade-C.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has awarded contracts to 26 players in the year 2020. Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Jaspreet Bumrah have been included in A Plus. There are 11 players in Grade-A, 5 in Grade-B and 8 in Grade-C.
As of now, the players have not made the salary cut. Players get salary cuts to help clubs and boards abroad. This should not inconvenience the employees working in the club and the board.
