MOSCOW, September 16 – CSKA Moscow beat the capital’s Spartak in overtime in a regular season match of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).
The meeting, held in Moscow at the Army Arena, ended with a score of 3:2 (0:2, 2:0, 0:0, 1:0). For the Red-Whites, Pavel Poryadin (1st minute) and Maxim Tsyplakov (12th minute) scored goals. For the army team, Maxim Sorkin scored a double (30, 38). The scorer of the winning goal in overtime was Sergei Plotnikov (65).
