Dynamo defeated Torpedo in the match of the second round of the RPL

MOSCOW, July 24 – Dynamo won a crushing victory over Torpedo at home in the second round match of the Russian Premier League (RPL).

The meeting ended with the score 4:0. A video of goals and dangerous moments of the game was published on the Match TV YouTube channel.

Striker Fedor Smolov opened the scoring in the 32nd minute. Four minutes later, Daniil Fomin doubled Dynamo’s lead by scoring from the penalty spot. At the end of the first half, Arsen Zakharyan brought the score to devastating with a beautiful blow from outside the penalty area. Smolov put an end to the match, converting another penalty in the 69th minute.

After the second round, Dynamo came in fourth place with four points. “Torpedo” closes the standings, having suffered two defeats in two meetings.
