MOSCOW, 21 July – The Expert Referee Commission (ESC) of the Russian Football Union (RFU) confirmed the correctness of the decisions of the referee Vladislav Bezborodov in the match of the first round of the Russian Championship “Akhmat” – “Spartak”, according to the website of the RFU.
The meeting was held in Grozny and ended in a draw – 1:1.
“Spartak” asked to consider five controversial episodes: the removal of Matsey Rybus (41st minute), the goal of “Akhmat” in stoppage time for the first half, the fall of Quincy Promes in the penalty area (50th minute), the ball hit the hand of the defender of “Akhmat” (77th minute) and a foul by goalkeeper Georgi Shelia against Alexander Sobolev (87th minute).
The commission confirmed the correctness of all five decisions made by the arbitrator.
Also, the ESC considered three episodes in the match “Lokomotiv” (Moscow) – “Nizhny Novgorod” and did not find any errors in the decisions of the referee Vasily Kazartsev.
