Leonid Fedun: I continue to finance Spartak, despite the huge difficulties

MOSCOW, 2 Mar — Russian billionaire, vice president of Lukoil and head of the board of directors of Spartak Moscow, Leonid Fedun, said he would continue to finance the club.
“There are huge difficulties, but I continue to finance Spartak,” Match TV quoted Fedun as saying.
Earlier it was reported that due to stock fluctuations, Fedun lost up to 80% of his fortune.
After 19 rounds of the RPL, Spartak is in ninth place. The team was supposed to take part in the 1/8 finals of the Europa League, but was excluded from the tournament by decision of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA).
