Formula 2 driver’s car loses rear wheels
MOSCOW, 27 Aug – The car of Danish Prema Racing driver Frederik Vesti was left without rear wheels during the Formula 2 Grand Prix of the Netherlands.
On the 11th lap of the race, the safety car left due to the accident of the Frenchman Theo Purcher of the ART Grand Prix team. Vesti made a pit stop, and while the tires were warming up, the car lost both rear wheels.
Due to the incident, Vesti was forced to retire from the race.
