58-year-old Israeli specialist Ronen Ginzburg will remain the head coach of Prometheus basketball players from Slobozhansky, Dnepropetrovsk region.
According to Tribuna.com, this information was confirmed by the president of the Ukrainian club Volodymyr Dubinsky, Ukrinform reports.
The new contract is for three years.
Gingsburg led the Ukrainian team in April 2021. Under his leadership, Prometheus won the Super League for the first time in history, and was also the first Ukrainian club to qualify for the Top 16 of the Champions League.
The team will play the next season in the Latvian-Estonian Basketball League. Prometheus also applied for participation in the Eurocup and the Champions League.
