How to deal with a large to-do list
Julia: The best solution is a plan. Break down tasks into primary and secondary. Do not take on several important tasks at once. In the end, everything will have to be redone. People love people who are principled and prudent. This shows their attitude, expertise, professionalism.
Don’t be afraid to set deadlines and dates and then reschedule them. The main thing is to notify about it in advance. Then your attitude to the case will be treated with understanding and seriousness. One thing was done – crossed off the list, moved on to another. If you can’t do it at all, delegate. Learn to delegate – distribute responsibilities. This will speed up the business process and give more results.
