IPL 2020 Title Sponsorship: BCCI was looking for a new title sponsor after the exit of Chinese mobile phone manufacturer Vivo. Many big companies were involved in this race. Vivo had tied up with BCCI for 5 years in 2018.

IPL 2020 Title Sponsorship: The title sponsor of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 will be fantasy sports platform Dream 11. He has bought these rights from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for Rs 222 crore. The IPL 2020 is scheduled to be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from 19 September to 10 November.

Dream 11 has defeated Tata Sons, considered a favorite in the race to win IPL title sponsorship rights. Apart from Tata Sons, the race included companies such as Bijuz, Reliance Jio, Tata Sons and Unacademy. But Dream 11 won the title sponsorship, beating everyone. Explain that after the exit of Chinese mobile phone manufacturer Vivo, BCCI was looking for a new title sponsor.

Many big companies were involved in this race. Vivo had tied up with BCCI for 5 years in 2018. Under the agreement, he used to give Rs 440 crore to BCCI every year. However, this time due to the atmosphere against China in the country, the Chinese mobile manufacturer decided to withdraw.

The deal will run from August 18 to December 31, 2020. IPL chairman Brijesh Patel confirmed that Dream 11 had paid Rs 222 crore for the title sponsorship. Let us know that the IPL was supposed to start on 29th March this year, but due to the coronavirus epidemic it will now be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Earlier in 2014, some IPL matches were played in the UAE.
