West Indies Cricket Team is ready for the home Test series against South Africa. In this test series, the team will be captained by Craig Brathwaite. He was made the captain of the team in place of Jason Holder. Holder has given a big reaction to his removal from the captaincy of the Windies team.
During an exclusive conversation with ESPN Cricinfo, Jason Holder said that he was quite surprised when the decision was taken to remove him from the captaincy.
He said, “It was very difficult for me to be removed from the captaincy. Even if I do not show this thing but I did have problems. For the last five-six years I was captaining for West Indies. I am doing both Tests and ODIs. There was a captain in the format and that’s why I feel weird after being dropped suddenly.”
