Juventus midfielder Pogba returns to training after suffering a meniscus injury

MOSCOW, 18 Oct – Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has returned to training after suffering a meniscus injury, according to the official website of the football club.
Earlier it was reported that Pogba suffered damage to the lateral meniscus during the summer tour of Juventus in the United States. He was expected to undergo surgery in the United States, but the football player, according to media reports, refused surgery and opted for an alternative treatment option. Later, the midfielder agreed to the operation.
Pogba took part in a training session in preparation for the match of the 11th round of the Italian championship with Empoli. The 29-year-old Frenchman spent part of the training session with the team.
Pogba returned to Juventus from Manchester United in July. The contract with the midfielder is calculated until June 30, 2026. As part of the Italian club, the Frenchman became the champion of Italy four times, won the Italian Super Cup three times and the country’s Cup twice.
