MOSCOW, 26 Jul – Juventus Turin’s French footballer Paul Pogba will miss two months due to knee surgery, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Earlier, the club said that the midfielder suffered damage to the lateral meniscus, due to which he will not take part in further training activities of the team’s pre-season tour of the United States. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the player will need surgery, after which he will miss at least two months.
Pogba returned to Juventus from Manchester United in July. The contract with the 29-year-old midfielder runs until June 30, 2026. As part of the Italian club, the Frenchman became the champion of Italy four times, won the Italian Super Cup three times and the country’s Cup twice.
