South Africa’s team will visit India next month to play a series of three ODIs. The first match will be played on 12 March.
The South African team is working hard to win the ODI series after losing the series of three T20 matches against Australia. The series of three ODIs between the two countries is to be played from today on 29 February.
The second match will be played on 4 March and the third on 7 March. South Africa suffered a major setback before the series.
South African star fast bowler Kagiso Rabada has been ruled out of the series due to injury. Rabada was a member of the team in the T20 series. He had taken just two wickets in three T20 matches.
Next month, when the South African team travels to India for a three-match one-day series. Rabada has been ruled out of the series due to a hamstring injury.
If Rabada’s injury does not improve, he will not be able to play in the first few matches of the 13th season of IPL starting on March 29. He plays for Delhi Capitals. Delhi will play their first match in the tournament on 30 March.
According to Cricket South Africa, the 24-year-old bowler was injured in the final T20 International against Australia on Wednesday due to which he would have to stay out for four weeks. Rabada has been suffering from injuries for the past few years.
