Kaprizov holds the Minnesota record for longest assist streak
MOSCOW, 2 Dec – Russian striker Minnesota Wild Kirill Kaprizov scored an assist in the regular season match of the National Hockey League (NHL) against the Edmonton Oilers.
The Russian assisted Joel Ericsson Ek, who equalized in the second period.

Kaprizov scored a scoring pass for the ninth consecutive game and set a new club record for the longest streak, surpassing the achievement of Jim Dowd, who played as an assistant in the 2001/02 season in eight games in a row. Kaprizov also improved his personal record in the NHL, gaining a scoring point in the tenth championship game in a row.
