MOSCOW, June 25 – The Tampa Bay Lightning defeated the Colorado Avalanche in Game 5 of the Stanley Cup final.
The meeting, which took place in Denver, ended with a score of 3:2 (1:0, 1:1, 1:1) in favor of the guests. The winners were scored by Jan Rutta (16th minute), Russian forward Nikita Kucherov (29) and Ondrej Palat (54). Russia’s Valery Nichushkin (26) and Cale Makar (43) scored for the Avalanche.
Defender “Tampa” Mikhail Sergachev chalked up two assists.
