La Liga: Real Madrid close to winning the title with seventh win

Sergio Ramos’s second-half penalty goal helped Real Madrid record their seventh consecutive win over Athletic Bilbao 1–0 and thus the Spanish Football League La Liga for the first time in the last three years Take strong steps towards winning.

Earlier, Pau Torres of Villarreal scored a suicide goal in the third minute. Ansu Fati scored the fourth goal for Barcelona in the 87th minute. Gerard Moreno scored the only goal for Villarreal. In other matches, Leganes beat Espanyol 1–0, while Osasuna and Getafe’s match ended in a goalless draw.

Liverpool, playing at their home ground Anfield for the first time after winning the English Premier League football tournament title after their name, won a stunning 2–0 win over Aston Villa here on Sunday.

Liverpool became champions for the first time since 1990 but after ensuring the title, it was their first match at home. With this victory, he also took steps to name some records in the league.

Liverpool scored their 17th consecutive win at Anfield with goals from Sadio Mane and Kurtis Jones in the second half. He will now have to win against Burnley and Chelsea to record a 100 percent win at home ground in the Premier League.
