Leipzig players defeated Augsburg in the German Championship
MOSCOW, September 16 – Leipzig defeated Augsburg in the match of the 4th round of the German football championship.
Saturday’s meeting in Leipzig ended with a score of 3:0 in favor of the home team. The goals were scored by Javi Simons (7th minute), Loi Openda (11) and David Raum (27).
Leipzig moved up to third place in the standings with nine points, while Augsburg (2 points) is in 12th position.
