The Serbian footballer of Real Madrid, Luca Jovic, dropped out due to a broken foot for up to three months, according to the Onda Cero radio page on Twitter.
Jovic’s injury was officially announced on Friday. As noted, the 22-year-old striker received a fracture of his foot when he trained at home on self-isolation.
It is reported that the current season for Jovic is completed even in the event of the resumption of the Spanish championship, interrupted due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Jovic, who moved to Real Madrid in the summer of 2019 from Frankfurt’s Eintracht for the amount of 60 million euros, this season spent 24 matches for the club in Madrid, in which he scored two goals.
In March, Jović violated quarantine instructions from Real Madrid executives, left Spain and returned to Belgrade. In Serbia, the player had problems with the law, as he was convicted of violating the regime of self-isolation.
