Manchester City won their fifth win in a row at the start of the English Championship
MOSCOW, September 16 – Manchester City won a strong-willed victory over West Ham in the match of the fifth round of the English Football Championship.
The meeting, which took place on Saturday in London, ended with a score of 3:1. The visitors scored goals from Jeremy Doku (46th minute), Bernardo Silva (76) and Erling Haaland (86). The hosts’ goal was scored by James Ward-Prowse (36).
Manchester City won their fifth victory in a row at the start of the championship and leads the table with 15 points. West Ham (10 points), which ended their three-match winning streak, are in sixth position.
