RMCSport: Conte demands €30m a year contract from Paris Saint-Germain
MOSCOW, 26 April – Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte is demanding a €30m a year contract from French side Paris Saint-Germain, according to RMCSport.
According to the source, Conte is interested in working in Paris. However, the Italian specialist set a number of conditions for the club.
At Tottenham, where Conte now works, his salary is 17 million euros a year. He would like to see his salary double to 30 million euros a year when he moves to PSG, which would make him one of the highest paid managers in the world. The Italian also wants to work with his staff, bring a sports director with him and be responsible for the club’s transfer policy on his own.
Conte’s contract with Tottenham is valid until 2023, however, according to RMCSport, the English club is not against parting with the Italian and returning Mauricio Pochettino, with whom the Spurs reached the Champions League final in 2019.
