Media: Lisin lost in the presidential elections of the International Shooting Federation

Inside the Games: Lisin will cease to be the head of the International Shooting Sports Federation

MOSCOW, 30 Nov – Vice-President of the International Sports Shooting Federation (ISSF), Italian Luciano Rossi, was elected to the position of President of the organization instead of Russian Vladimir Lisin, reports Inside the Games.
The elections were held on Wednesday at the ISSF congress in Egypt. As a result of the elections, Rossi received 136 votes, and Lisin – 127.
Lisin has led the ISSF since 2018. He was also the President of the European Shooting Confederation, in October 2021 he was replaced in this position by Russian Alexander Ratner.
Rossi has served as vice president of the organization since 1998.
