MOSCOW, 28 Aug – Inter Miami footballer Lionel Messi could be fined for refusing to speak to reporters after his Major League Soccer (MLS) debut against the New York Red Bulls, reports Goal.com.
According to the portal, the rules of the league require that the players be available for interviews at the end of the meetings.
Messi moved to Inter Miami in the summer of 2023. In total, he played nine matches for the team, in which he scored 11 goals. Including the Argentinean scored in the debut match against MLS “New York” (2:0), which took place on Sunday night.
