Nadal admitted that he would like to become president of Real Madrid someday
MOSCOW, September 19 – Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal said that he would like to someday become president of the Real Madrid football club.
Nadal is a Real Madrid fan. Since 2010, the tennis player has been a shareholder of the Mallorca club, for which his uncle Miguel Angel Nadal played.
“I don’t have the dream of becoming the president of Real Madrid, but I would like to. However, at the moment I have nothing to say because we already have the best possible president,” Nadal said, as quoted by Marca with reference to Movistar .
The position of President of Real Madrid from 2000 to 2006, and from 2009 to the present day, is occupied by Florentino Perez.
