Neymar’s assist on debut helped Al-Hilal beat Al-Riyadh
MOSCOW, September 15 – Saudi Al-Hilal beat Al-Riyadh in the sixth round match of the Saudi Arabian Football Championship.
The meeting, held in Riyadh, ended with a score of 6:1. The winners scored goals from Aleksandar Mitrovic (30th minute, penalty), Yasser Al-Shahrani (45+4), Nasser Al-Dawsari (68), Malkom (83) and Salem Al-Dosari (86, penalty; 90+ 5). Ali al-Zakan scored for Al-Riyadh (90+6). Also in this meeting, Brazilian forward Neymar made his debut for Al-Hilal; he appeared on the field in the 64th minute of the meeting and scored an assist for Malcolm.
Al-Hilal rose to first place in the standings with 16 points. Al-Riyadh (4 points) is in 16th place.
In another match, Al-Fateh beat Al-Khaleej away with a score of 3:1, and Al-Shabab beat Al-Feikha with a minimal score – 1:0.
