MOSCOW, 24 July – Norwegian tennis player Kasper Ruud became the winner of the tournament in Gstaad, Switzerland, the prize fund of which exceeds 530 thousand euros.
In the final match, Ruud, who had the first seed, beat the second racket of the tournament Italian Matteo Berrettini with a score of 4:6, 7:6 (7:4), 6:2. The duration of the match was 2 hours 33 minutes.
For Ruud, ranked fifth in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) rankings, this title was ninth in his career and third this season in singles.
