Side swing squats

Alena performs this exercise with a fitness rubber band. If you do not have this projectile, you can do without it.

Execution technique

  • We get up straight. Feet together, hands clasped in front of us in the castle. We fix the elastic band strictly above the knee. In no case do not wear an elastic band on the joint!
  • Move your right leg out to the side and squat down to a 90-degree angle at the knees.
  • We put the right leg in its original position and do a side swing.
  • We repeat all over again, alternating legs to complete the swing.

We do four sets of 15 times.

Jump back lunge

Execution technique

  • We step with our right foot onto the bench. At the top point, we stretch to our full height and take out the left leg in front of us.
  • We go down from the bench with the left leg, immediately put the right leg back and squat on the left leg.
