MOSCOW, 30 Mar — The Washington Capitals host the New York Islanders in a National Hockey League (NHL) regular season game.

At the end of the third period, the Russian forward and the captain of “Washington” Alexander Ovechkin used a hard power reception against the Canadian defender “Islanders” Adam Peleke. As a result of the collision, the player of the “Islanders” received a back injury and immediately went to the bench of his team. Pelek avoided a serious injury and continued the game.

At the end of three periods, the score was a draw – 1:1. Conor Sheary scored for Washington, while Pierre Engvall scored for the Islanders.
