Participants in the Davis Cup Final Eight have been determined
MOSCOW, September 18 – The participants in the Davis Cup Final Eight, which will be held in Malaga, Spain, have been determined.
The teams of Great Britain, Italy, Finland, the Czech Republic, Serbia, the Netherlands, Australia and Canada will take part in the playoffs of the tennis tournament. The draw for the quarter-final pairs will take place in London on Tuesday.
The Davis Cup Final Eight will take place in Malaga from November 21 to 26. The national teams of Russia and Belarus were suspended from participation in the competition due to the situation in Ukraine. Russian and Belarusian athletes can only compete in tournaments under the auspices of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) and the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) as neutral athletes.
