Spartak forward Larsson said he did not want to return to Moscow

MOSCOW, June 20 – Forward Jordan Larsson does not want to return to Spartak, Aftonbladet reports.
The Swedish footballer went on loan to Stockholm AIK following the suspension of his contract with the Red-Whites on April 4, 2022.
“There is no certainty yet,” Larsson said. – I do not know anything. I read in the media that FIFA may extend its permission for players to suspend contracts for another year. And that would be good for me, otherwise I will most likely have to return to Russia. According to my contract, this should happen in 10 days. We’ll have to wait and see what FIFA decides.”
“I have been saying for a long time that foreign clubs are my priority, but if there is such an opportunity, I will definitely consider the option of continuing my career at AIK. I have not been here for long, but this is a fantastically good segment for me,” the Swedish footballer added.
Larsson also noted that he has not yet negotiated with Spartak to extend the contract with the club.
The Swede moved to Spartak in the summer of 2019. For the Moscow club, he played 83 matches and scored 27 goals.
