The greatest punishment will follow for the person who filmed and distributed the video. Football players can receive the maximum sentence if it is proven that the victim is a minor. The sentence may be reduced if the video was recorded with the consent of the victim.

Earlier, Real Madrid said that a Castilla player and three Real C players gave evidence to the Civil Guard in connection with a complaint about the alleged broadcast of a private video via WhatsApp*. The Madrid club also promised to take action in connection with the arrest of the players.

El Confidencial reported that Real Madrid youth team players were detained before training for distributing a sexually explicit video that featured an underage girl. According to the victim’s mother, one of the football players recorded a video with her 16-year-old daughter and then distributed it via messenger.
