Roma scored seven unanswered goals against Empoli in the Italian Championship
MOSCOW, September 17 – Roma inflicted a crushing defeat on Empoli in the fourth round of the Italian Football Championship.
The meeting, held in Rome, ended with a score of 7:0. As part of the winners, Paulo Dybala scored a double (2nd, from the penalty spot, and 55th minute), Renato Sanches (8), Brian Cristante (80), Romelu Lukaku (82) and Gianluca Mancini (86) also scored. Alberto Grassi (35) also scored an own goal.

Roma won their first victory in the new Serie A season. Empoli is the only team in the current Italian Championship that has not scored a single point.
In the next round, Roma will play away against Torino on September 24, and Empoli will host Inter Milan on the same day.
