Goals from Ronaldo and Mane brought Al-Nasr victory in the Saudi Arabian championship
MOSCOW, September 16 – Al-Nasr defeated Al-Raed in the away match of the sixth round of the Saudi Arabian football championship.
The meeting, which took place on Saturday in the city of Buraidah, ended with a score of 3:1. The winners’ goals were scored by Sadio Mane (45+1), Talisca (49) and Cristiano Ronaldo (78). The hosts, who spent the entire second half in the minority, scored from the penalty spot Mohamed Fuzair (89). At the end of the match, Al-Raed head coach Igor Jovicevic received a red card.
This season, Ronaldo has scored seven goals and provided four assists in five matches in the Saudi Arabian Championship.
Al-Nasr scored 12 points and moved up to fifth place in the championship table, where Al-Raed (4 points) is in 15th position.
