MOSCOW, 19 Mar – The head coach of the Khabarovsk “SKA-Neftyanik” Mikhail Pashkin, after winning the Russian bandy championship, said that the team managed to fulfill all the tasks that were set by the club’s management for the season.
On Sunday, SKA-Neftyanik beat Kemerovo Kuzbass in the final of the Russian bandy championship. The meeting in Khabarovsk ended with the score 3:1. “SKA-Neftyanik” for the fifth time in history became the champion of Russia.
“We managed to complete all the tasks that were set before us by our leadership – from the governor to the president. The guys were under serious pressure all season. They understood that we had no right to make a mistake. All the guys coped with it,” the coach added.
In addition to winning the Russian championship, SKA-Neftyanik won the Russian Cup and the country’s Super Cup this season.
