The current champion of the Biathlon World Cup will miss two stages

Norwegian biathlete Olsbu-Røiseland will miss the World Cup in Hochfilzen and Annecy

MOSCOW, 5 Dec – The current owner of the large Crystal Globe, Norwegian biathlete Marte Olsbu-Røiseland, who missed the first stage of the World Cup in Finnish Kontiolahti, will not return to competition until at least January, according to the official website of the Norwegian Biathlon Association.
Thus, the Norwegian will miss the World Cup stages in Austrian Hochfilzen (December 8-11) and French Annecy (December 15-18).
Olsbu-Røiseland is 31 years old, a three-time Olympic champion and an 11-time world champion.
