A new victim has been identified in a sex scandal involving Real Madrid youth team players.
MOSCOW, September 19 – The judicial investigation against four Real Madrid youth team players in the case of recording and distributing a video of sexual content has revealed a new victim, El Mundo reports, citing police sources.
As the source notes, in the course of identifying the circumstances, two criminal cases were opened with different victims. One of the victims is a 16-year-old girl, the age of the second victim is not known. The court also gave permission to study the contents of the players’ phones. Detained players face up to five years in prison.
Earlier, Real Madrid said that a Castilla player and three Real C players gave evidence to the Guardia Civil in connection with a complaint about the alleged broadcast of a private video via WhatsApp (the WhatsApp messenger belongs to Meta, whose activities are banned in Russia as extremist). The Madrid club also promised to take action in connection with the arrest of the players.
El Confidencial reported on September 14 that Real Madrid youth team players were detained before training for distributing a sexually explicit video that featured an underage girl. According to the victim’s mother, one of the football players recorded a video with her 16-year-old daughter and then distributed it via messenger.
