The Ministry of Sports has renewed accreditation of the Russian MMA Union
MOSCOW, September 14 – The Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation has renewed the accreditation of the Russian MMA Union, according to the official website of the organization.
In June, the current accreditation of the MMA Union was suspended for three months. The order to suspend accreditation was signed by the acting Minister of Sports Azat Kadyrov on June 15. At the beginning of June, a 16-year-old MMA Cup participant died in the Amur region. The teenager was hit in the head during the fight and later died in intensive care.
