The State Duma wants to ban the financing of football clubs and send money to the SVO
MOSCOW, September 16 – The State Duma advocated banning the budget and large Russian corporations from supporting Russian football clubs, and this money should be sent to a special operation, said First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense Alexey Zhuravlev (Rodina party).
Zhuravlev explained that, in his opinion, football should be structured differently.
