World number three Jabeur will not play in singles at the tournament in Eastbourne

MOSCOW, June 20 – Tunisian tennis player Ons Jabeur has decided to withdraw from the tournament in the British Eastbourne in singles, journalist José Morgado reports on his Twitter.
The grass tournament in Eastbourne started on June 19th. Jaber, who had the second seed, was supposed to start the tournament from the second round. In the grid, she will be replaced by the representative of Bulgaria Victoria Tomova.
Jaber will play doubles with American Serena Williams. In the first round, they will meet with Czech Maria Bouzkova and Spaniard Sara Sorribes-Tormo.
The tournament in Eastbourne will end on June 25th. Wimbledon starts June 27th. In April, the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, due to the situation in Ukraine, refused to allow Russian and Belarusian tennis players to the tournament, the organizers of all British grass season tournaments made the same decision.
