Sourav Ganguly had officially said that the IPL will start from March 29 this year. According to the news of the Times of India, the board meeting of the ICC was announced in August last year. All the countries were told that the meeting would be held in Dubai from 27 to 29 March. Accordingly, all arrangements have been made.
The fault on this whole issue lies with the BCCI because the ICC always declares dates well in advance.
