MOSCOW, September 17 – The Moscow Torpedo players won their second victory in a row in the Russian First League championship, beating Krasnoyarsk Yenisei in the home match of the 10th round.
The meeting, held on Sunday at the Khimki Arena near Moscow, ended with a score of 1:0 in favor of the hosts. The only goal was scored in the 73rd minute by Yuri Zhuravlev.

Tolyatti “Akron”, in turn, interrupted a five-match winless streak, defeating Krasnodar “Kuban” with a score of 1:0. The ball was scored by Andres Ponce (45), while Akron played the entire second half in the minority after Vladislav Galkin (45+1) was sent off. This match was the first for Kuban under the leadership of new head coach Vadim Evseev.
“Torpedo” scored 17 points and rose to third place in the First League championship table, “Akron” (17 points) is in fourth place. “Enisey”, which cannot win for the third match in a row, is in 13th position (11 points), and “Kuban”, which extended its winless streak to six meetings, is in penultimate, 17th place (5 points).
